Bu projede Uçan Süpürge, 7 yerel kadın örgütünü de kendisine paydaş olarak seçmiştir. Bu bağlamda Uçan Süpürge 200’e yakın kadın örgütüne ulaşmış ve bu kadın örgütlerinin kapasitelerini geliştirme noktasında da onlara ciddi anlamda destek olmuştur. Bu proje sonrası projenin katılımcısı olan kadın örgütleri de farklı kaynaklardan projelerine destek almayı başarmışlardır.
