Kadın örgütlerinin özellikle kamu ile diyaloglarının az ya da eksik olması nedeniyle yaşanan sorunların ortadan kaldırılması ve yerel ve ulusal düzeyde kadın örgütleriyle kamu kurumları arasındaki diyalogu ve işbirliğini güçlendirme amacıyla 20’den fazla ilde kadın örgütleriyle kamu kurumu temsilcilerini bir araya getirmiştir. Bu toplantılarda kadın hareketi tarihinden, kadın örgütlerinin yaşadığı sorunlara, kamunun kadın örgütlerine yaklaşımına kadar pek çok sorun başlığı ele alınmıştır.
